Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are hereafter known as the "TaC", are subject to change at anytime without notification.
Accessibility:
CritticAge (hereafter known as "CA") does not guarantee constant accessibility to the game.
Ownership:
All content including accounts are property of CA.
Accounts:
Players are allotted one and ONLY one account. Any player found to have more than ONE account will be deleted, without warning. More than one person may play on the same IP, but NO transfers can be made. This includes market interaction. CA cannot be held responsible for loss of accounts. Any loss of account due to server error, 'hacking' or mistaken deletion. CA reserves the right to terminate your account without notification.
Censorship:
CA is uncensored. However, offensive language, in extremes, will not be
tolerated. Players reserve the right to inform a staff member should they find anything
offensive to their beliefs or culture. Extreme offensive language will result in a in-game
banning.
Bugs:
Any exploitable factor (hereafter known as "bugs") are to be reported immediately to a member of the game staff. Exploitation of a bug will result in immediate deletion.
Chat/Message Boards:
CA chat and message boards have their own rules, which can be found in their respectable areas.
Terminating Account:
Players who no longer want to play the game are not allowed to send game currency, items to another player before terminating their own account.
By joining CA you are stating you will abide by these TaC.
